Request a consultation
A consultation session is a dedicated review of your business — from strategy and positioning to sales, pricing and the path to growth.
A few notes about consultation sessions
Sessions are dedicated and focused on your subject; not a generic presentation, but a purposeful conversation about your business situation and goals.
I listen to what you have to say, ask precise questions, and then set out the approaches I believe genuinely serve your growth.
The goal is clarity and an informed decision — no unrealistic promises, no exaggeration.
If you want to know how business consulting works, what the cooperation path looks like and how the fee is set before you request a session, read this page: business consulting.
What consultation sessions cover
- Strategy and the main business choices (where we play, what we say no to)
- Product, the service package and pricing
- Marketing and sales: positioning, message, funnel, conversion rate and retention
- Profitability: margin per service, cost structure and cash flow
- Organisation, team, capacity and processes
- Market expansion, new channels and partnerships
How the session is arranged
- Once you submit the request, I review it within about 1–2 business days and get in touch; in that call I also tell you the session terms, including the fee.
- You then receive a form with the information I need for the session.
- We set the day and time together.
How the session usually runs
We start by listening to you and asking questions until I have an accurate picture of the situation.
By the end I set out the approaches I consider appropriate for the subject you raised.
Continuing the sessions
If reaching the result takes more sessions, we decide on continuing the cooperation and holding further sessions — where you need it and both sides agree.
